All information, reports, content, and access rights purchased on Company Bazaar and delivered to users prior to receiving a cancellation request are non-refundable.
In the event of any claim for a chargeback by the User for any reason whatsoever, the User must immediately approach Company Bazaar with their claim details. Any such refund (if applicable) shall be processed solely by Company Bazaar through the payment gateway, by demand draft, or any other method deemed appropriate by Company Bazaar.
No refund or chargeback claims shall be made to the Payment Service Provider(s). Any such claims shall not be entertained.
The term “Charge Back” refers to approved and settled credit card or net banking transactions that are later refused, reversed, or chargeback to the merchant account by the acquiring bank or credit card company, including associated bank fees, penalties, and incidental charges.
Users must directly contact Company Bazaar in case of any fraudulent transactions due to misuse of card or bank details by any unauthorized individual or party. Such cases will be addressed by Company Bazaar in accordance with applicable rules and internal policies.
